I uninstalled WeChat from my iPhone because I was experiencing some unknown problems. After the uninstallation, I realized that I forgot to save some of the photos my friends sent me. So I downloaded WeChat and there were no history conversations and no photos. Is there any why to retrieve WeChat Photos after the Uninstallation?
If you have backed up your WeChat before. It would be very simple to recover your lost photos.
Restore from WeChat Backups
Launch WeChat, and select the Me tab. Then open Settings.
Go to Chat > Backup/Restore Chat History:
Select Restore and enter the password (if you set one). The backed-up history will be restored to your device from the server.
Restore with iPhone WeChat Recovery Software

Step 3. When the scanning process is done, you will be able to see all the recoverable files. Choose WeChat Photos on the left panel, then you be able to see all the photos that you received via WeChat shown as thumbnails. Browse and freely export them to your computer.
